Clinical History
A 35 year-old woman was operated on because she was suspected
to have a tumor of the left adnexa. Her past medical history revealed one
abortion and two full-term pregnancies which had been terminated by cesarean
section. Since then she had an IUD. Bevor the adnexectomy she complained
about irregular menstrual cycles.
Microscopy
