| Shelley Patrice Ashford
is nationally board certified and licensed acupuncturist. She is a graduate of the International Institute of Chinese Medicine, Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has twelve years of clinical experience, providing care for a wide variety of health concerns.
Shelley is a warm-hearted woman with a big welcoming smile. She uses a gentle therapeutic approach, seeking to make each visit a comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Shelley also holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. She worked in behavioral health for six years before pursuing her education in Oriental Medicine. Shelley utilizes her innate clairvoyant talents in helping others. She has formal training in Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Shelley is an experienced teacher. She now serves as a Clinic Supervisor at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic (Portland, OR). She has taught at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (Phoenix, AZ), and the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (Tempe, AZ). |
