UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION!

Hello and welcome to our homepage. We live in a small town what everyone considers "up the mountain" which is east of Pittsburgh. I really am not good at building these pages and I actually considered just deleting the whole site, but I see people do stop in occasionally to see what's new.

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for viewing our homepage. It's hard to believe, but we had a baby girl over a year ago, to be exact 16 months ago on March 22, 2003. We have to ask ourselves, where does time go? Hell, it feels just like yesterday since I had my angel. Her name is MaryEllen Grace. However, I do have a son to a previous marriage, but this baby girl is my husband's first child. I feel God gave me this baby girl as a gift. My mother passed away on October 5, 2002 and I have to say it's one of the hardest things I am trying to overcome. I am taking one day at a time, but at least now I have spirit back in my life. We named our little girl after my husband's mother, my mother and our grandmothers.

We are very proud parents so please view our pictures page. We have plenty of pictures of MaryEllen and the family.

We have to update these pictures. These pictures were updated last on October 18, 2003.

It's hard to believe my mother has been left this earth almost 3 years ago, but it still hurts. Everyone says time heals, when does that happen? How much time does one person need?

Please click the Pictures Link and you will see more pictures of me and my family. However, this is a picture of MaryEllen and David, my son.

As you see above, I do have a son to a previous marriage. His name is David. He likes being called "Dave", but he will always be "my pumpkin". HA HA. I also call him David. He is 20 years old, going on 31. He is currently going to College (PENN STATE UNIVERSITY). He lives with a "friend". He is majoring in counseling. He and I have been through HELL AND BACK, but we survived. We have made it through a lot, and I am very proud of who he has become. I have to thank my husband for that. My husband has taught him how to be a man. He has shown him so much. When Dave first met Doug, Dave was into hair coloring. Now they talk mechanics. :-).

Now, about Doug and me. We are into motocross racing and 4-wheeling. I own a Honda 250 Four Trax and Doug owns a Big Bear 400.We are into sports cars. We want to get an old car and re-build it. Since the new addition, we don't get to do too much on the weekends anymore, but relax with the baby. I am sure all of you new parents can relate with what I am saying. The baby keeps us busy enough. We are getting our daughter ready to ride also.

I have an Associates Degree in the medical field and now I work as an Engineering/Facilities Secretary for a hospital. The work is very interesting, I see so many changes throughout the hospital. Everyday at work is a challenge. It's very interesting.

Doug works for a trucking company and drives a tri-axle. He hauls coal, ash, etc. for the power plants.

You can view pictures of us 4-wheeling at this link KICKIN' MUD!.
If you would like a picture added to "MUD SLINGER'S PAGE", please e-mail us.
