11-3-01 After researching the various news & experts' opinions on terrorism, I feel that it is likely that America will be hit again, even with a chance of biological &/or nuclear weapons. A Dirt bomb may be used. A nuclear power plant may be another target. Dispersing biological agent through airvent of some big building and water supply are real possibilities. Truck bombs may be another avenue. Some vital visible landmarks on the West coast may be in danger. The airplanes are still at risks as some terror-thug pilots may still be in the country. Let us hope & pray these will not happen. There may not be a high chance that our troops will be able to get hold of Ladin.
10-30-01 The Anthrax scare is an attack on our national psychology & economy. It also may be a decoy from their next attacks. A biological/nuclear attack(s) are real. The next few weeks maybe the most dangerous period in our nation's history. Let us daily covenant together to pray for America and for law enforcements. If one more similar massive attacks occur, we may have dramatic curtailment of liberties. Things may never be the same.
Second Wave of Attacks Imminent! From all I read online, the next few weeks are dangerous. Good chance these thugs may hit bridge in Bay Area, military bases, nuclear plant, and DC maybe at the same time . Stay vigilant and pray for our authorities's safety.
Brief commentary. This week's terrorist acts did not take me by surprise. I have been warning of such a day of simultaneous attacks for over 2 years. A few of my critics/ cynics are either silent or are joining my chorus. As horrendous the attacks were, It could have been a lot worse had biological/nuclear devices were used! From what I have read, there maybe an Iraqi connection. Sadam Hussein may be revenging on Bush Jr. because of what his dad did to him in the Gulf War. I believe God allowed this to get our attention & cause us to fall on our knees. Much good already has come out- A more unified nation. An awakened church.
Now what should USA do? If the US does not strike fear into the heart of Islamic fanatics by severe & heavy retaliation, they will attack the US again, thinking we are a paper tiger. But if we end up killing too many innocent people or using weapons of mass destruction, tensions will escalate. I think there are 2 extremes. One being to yell "just nuke them!" Yes we are strong enough to destroy any of these nations, but the Islamic nations already promised to unify against us. Where would that end? We are a nation of Law and must not come down on their level of barbarism & reckless killings. We want to punish but not with an overkill. Do we honestly believe they will quit training & bombing us? Do you really believe we will be willing to pay the price & go after these terrorists in over 35 countries! And what if they are desperate enough to use biological or nuclear weapons here (I think they already have them in this country)?
If Bush mishandles this, it could lead to WW three. This appears to be a lot more complicated than some naïve people are saying. Do you know that Afganistan has never lost a war? Remember Russia's humiliating defeat? Remember the Vietcongs' guerilla warfare? Over Afgan, America may suffer great loss of lives on those rough terrain. There are hundreds of caves interconnected. I read online from some experts who are saying that according to intellingce sources, the terrorists are planning a second wave of attack. They may attack the West coast & who knows where else anytime while we are down. They may not use the same tactics. One said they are aiming for a nuclear power plant. I think they may contaminate water supply and release gas or bacteria. Some bridge and strategic military site may be targeted. These are treacherous times! I think they will more likely attack weekdays with more traffic & people. They are likely to do so in daylight to get max. TV coverage. If you must travel, try not to go on a flight with small # of passengers. God have mercy on America!
I am sorry if I sound a little alarming. Get some bottled water, freezdried food, some cash, a gas mask (made in Israel)or at least a good dust mask, good water filter which kills bacteria, Potassium iodate in case of a nuclear explosion. Contact Major surplus, emergency essential or myself if you need help. Work out contingency plans with your loved ones in cas of an explosion or news of biowarfare. Do not go on Freeways to escape. Work out your escape route. Prepare for the worst & thank God if nothing much happens.
I am convinced that only God can deliver us (2 Chronicle 20)! Only God can protect us from these dedicated killers who lurk in darkness. The bottom line- it takes more than military might & superiority to overcome such enemies, it takes God! I have some good new ideas that I just emailed to the FAA & airlines in terms of new security measures. Why can't they equip the planes with a gas that can put the terrorists & passengers to sleep? If you are going to crash, you might as well die in your sleep! They can seal off & strengtnen the pilots' compartment. We are not totally helpless, let's do what we can.
Most people have never understood Revelation chapter 18 in the Bible. I have spent hundreds of hrs researching amazing Bible prophcies. There is only one city in the world which fits this description of political babylon. Which city is the financial hub, home of Big Business which has enriched many other nations thru trade, has a big sea port , lots of Jews and is enchanted with drugs (also translted sorceries)? The worst judgement on America and the world is yet to come during the tribulation. I hope you will not be left behind. But we are on the winning side! Our treasures are in Heaven where no terrorist can destroy! Our souls are secure where no thugs can annihilate! Our Lord of Lords is coming any day to vanquish the foes! Let us look UP for our redemption draweth nigh.
For those of you who receive this email from a friend who cares about your salvation, have you received the Lord Jesus into your heart as Savior? He died & shed his blood on the cross for our sins and was raised from the dead! Christians need not fear death in such times. We can have a deep peace in troubled times! My Forecasts for 2001 (12-28-2001): The Bush administration will have a tough time navigating its course with strong democratic opposition. It will govern from the middle. Bush will be more moderate than perceived and will overall disappoint conservatives. Bush will make good his promise to "fix" social security. Bush will get to appoint at least 2 supreme court justices in his term. I think he will be a one termer. In the middle East, no solution will remain in sight. Conflicts will escalate. Both China and Russia will show more military ambitions. 70% chance Taiwan will be attacked by China, but Bush will intervene.
Presidential forecast as of 11-29-2000: 90% chance Bush will end up inaugurated as Pres. Bush administration will have many same old Washington insiders, including a few democrats.

B. The economy, Market Trend And Warning
After much thought, I have decided to no longer mention specific forecasts of the stock market or the economy. Neither will I mention specific investment/sectors/ stocks to monitor. Even though my track record on forecasts so far have been mostly correct (see below for just some recent samples). I for one thing no longer wish to spend time to continue to do this. I appreciate the overwhelming positive responses from readers. Many have emailed me your appreciations for the new things you have learned from this site. I just have to re-evaluate my priorities for the future. I will try to update the B and C sections and the hot links (see below) with more current, little-kmown news and intersting articles as time allows. Thanks for your understanding.

9-16-2001 When the market opens Monday, it will certainly plunge. Even before the terrorist act, I have been saying the market will drop. Now it's even more certain.
8-20-2001 In an interview today, I restated that I feel the market will still drop more, possibly big time. The recent drop was anticipated. The recession is spreading. Tommorow's rate drop will not do much if any to turn things around. The old internet is half-dead. I am looking into the new supernet which will be the wave of the future. Will keep you posted.
7-25-2001 update.The July issue of Wall St. Underground flashes a severe warning to get out of the stock market by end of July as it may plunge further around end of August to early September, 2001. Folks! The worst is not over! Any rally now are probably bear market rally. The recession is real & underreported by the PC press. It is spreading globally. New car sales have dropped big, always omen od bad times. Wall St. Big Boys want to to stay invested or get back into the market so they can sell at a higher price. Historically, every 50% plus stock crashes have been followed by a major recession. I could be & hope to be wrong. I am parking my money aside to wait for another major plunge(s). THere is strong indication the real estate market has just begun a major downtrend. THe economy, in my opinion, may not recover until at least 1-2 yrs from now. Long-term, solid growing companies in the right sectors will come back up. Stay tuned.
5-29-2001 The recent bear market rally was anticipated. The Stock market may PLUNGE any week!! The Fed will lower rate again next month to no avail. The economy will slowdown more. Greenspan is desperate! Fed is printing money full time like there is no tommorrow, wrote Nick Guarino on 5-16-2001. He says the market is peaking & is due for the next huge crash down! Beware. I could be wrong. I hope I am wrong. Stay tuned.
4-22-2001 The unexpected 1/2% cut in rate seemed to help buoy investors' optimism. Traders were screaming "Buy!Buy!" I still rather play safe & missed out on this bear market rebound. I feel the market will drop again. The DOW has more danger than the NASDAQ.
4-10-2001 . Just got overnight mail from Nick Guarino,editor of Wall St. Underground, warning that after the current false market rally, the market will PLUNGE again to new lo's!! The DOW is "going to go to 3,000 before it's all over with.... THe NASDAQ ...is going to go drop all the way down to 500." Well, sounds extreme, but during the last year & a half, he has been right and made millions. He shorted the market during this period. I personally do not advocate shorting the market. I don't play margin, options...
Alert-4-2-2001 The stock market may plunge again in light of tension with China and more poor earnings reports expected. Stay out of the market till dust settles.
3-22-2001 The DOW is plunging again as expected by Martin Weiss. This is no time to buy stocks. The NASDAQ small rally maybe a technical bounce and may disappear shortly. Wait till the dust settle. If the DOW break below the 9,000 support, it may drop down to 7500!
3-21-2001 update I am persuaded that the tech sector will stay down for a period of weeks to months. There maybe a weak brief rally soon. Meanwhile, my attention is drawn to the gas & energy sector & fuel cell sector. (see below attractive stocks).
3-16-2001 update. The tech wreck that I predicted is happening and am I thankful I patiently wait on the side. Many investors have jumped back in prematurely. The DOW may find some support around 9600. The NASDAQ has broken below 1900 for the first time. It may hit 1750 before it stabilize short-term. Martin Weiss was right!
2-29-2001 update. Seems so far I have been right on the current downtrend. More signs of a reccession. But some sectors are worth monitoring like energy. More info. will be posted here shortly. Look for another rise in energy & gas price. Some stocks have dropped so much they are near the right PE level. Even CSCO's PE is still a bit high at 60. QCOM's PE is at 456 still! Too high in my opinion. I will post within 1-2 weeks what a couple of stock-pickers are saying about the best stocks to own in this climate. Also researching into mutual funds. Keep checking back.
2-12-2001 News Alert!! No less an authority than Martin Weiss of Safe Money Report is sounding the Alarm now! Even Greenspan can't stop this course! Some analysts think repeated drops in interest rate should save the day, but history tells us otherwise. It did not stop the reccession in 1945, 1953, 1970, 1987, or 1990. Major banks are also indeep trouble as they are stuck with bad loans to soon-to-bankrupt companies! Weiss claims there are 168 major companies which are dangerously close to bankrupcies! Stocks ,after last year's plunge, are still over-priced. The average NASDAQ stocks is still at 131 times its earnings! As I stated earlier this year, I still think the NASDAQ will drop below 2000, even 1700 or lower! I sure hope I'm wrong. One man's opinion. Weiss thinks NASDAQ may drop another 80% and the DOW drop over 30% to possibly 60% if the earnings plunge in half. There is strong evidence that we are in a recession. Back in 12-28-2000, I wrote that 2001 will see more slow down, even recession. More interest rate drops are expected which will buy a little more time. The bear market will continue at least through the first half of 2001. The market probably will not have a full recovery until 2002 at the earliestI acccurately pointed out earlier that the market has not bottomed and has dropped to 2450 and lower. Market woes may not be over. Merril Lynch said the NASDAQ may drop back to 2450 points. Another severe plunge(s) may be postponable, according to radio analyst Bob Brinker. As I have said for many months, this is still a bear market. It drops in stages with weak/ brief rallies in between drops. Every bear market so far has resulted in a recession.
As of 1-28-2001, I personally have pulled out most of my stocks and am waiting for another big plunge(s) before I would consider get back in. CD is an option.
