Layout Tips

• In order to make a layout, you will need some sort of art program installed in your computer. I recommend paint shop pro or photoshop. If you do not have either of these, are a number of other programs you can use. I'm just not too familiar with them. lol. If you would like to get these programs, you could go to jasc.com or adobe.com and download trial versions. Or you can go to kazaa and download a free version off of there.
  
• Make sure that you start with a canvas sized (width)1024pixels x (height)768pixels for your layout.
  
• Be Original!
  
• Get to know your graphics program before you start. Play with it.
  
• Look Up Some Tutorials on the web to give u some ideas of effects and cool things you can do with your program. There are some EXCELLENT tutorials out there.
  
• You can find books to help you on your program on like amazon.com or your local bookstore.
  
• Don't try to over do effects! That can look really tacky.
  
• Make sure you use layers! It's easier to keep track of what you are doing that way. And it's also easier to edit something if you need to.
  
• Browse google.com or yahoo.com for interesting images to use on your layout.
  
• Don't be afraid to try new things. You never know what interesting designs you can come up with.
  
• You can search for extra tubes, brushes, filters, etc. So u can have some more cool tools to use.(if you're not sure what they are, look it up! lol) Dun be LAZY!!!!
