Alot Of Peeps on BP like to use this effect. It is a nice effect...and I even have it on my page. BUT DONT OVER DO IT!!!! Some of u use this effect for your entire page. When U do that it becomes very difficult to scroll down ur page and becomes VERY annoying to the viewer. But here is the code for glowing text. Just copy and paste from the box below.
