All of our service are tailored to the resident's individual needs. You and your family will have piece of mind knowing that you'll get all the personalized care and extra support needed. Housekeeping and other services are provided by a team of dedicated caregivers who offer all of the personalized care and support you need.
Service we offer: 24 hour supervision, Personal care and assistance from skilled caregivers and licensed specialists, a daily offering of fun and enlightening activities, 3 meals a day and snack, personal hygiene/grooming, cleaning, bathing, household task incidental to home care, comfortable furnished rooms, clean and healthy environment, security assistance, affordable rates, wound management, escorts and assistance with walking. At Phoenix House we have a Licensed Delegating Nurse who is responsible for supporting caregivers to ensure that the best care is given to every resident. We also have a trained Medication Assistant who is responsible for administering all medications. Our caregivers have training experience in Food Safety and Handling, Infection Control and Alzheimer/Dementia. In addition, the caregivers at Phoenix House have CPR and First Aid Training. Our caring staff service is available 24 hours a day.
