Chapter 6
"Where is Mistress Katherine?Lady Symmone adressed Master Colin in her private bedchamber.
"I asked her to take leave so I could speak privately with you if  you wish it to be."
"I do not wish you to be in my bedchamber Master Colin,"she drew  the ornate gold ribbon of the red satin robe she wore around her tiny waist.
"Does my presence disturb thee?"
"Don't be riduculous Master Colin.  You should be at Lord Alixandre's beck and call."
"I assure you that Lord Alixandre is being tended to as we speak.  My presence will go unnoticed for  quite some time."
"Please Master Colin.  I wish you no ill will but I cannot have you in the presence of my bedchamber."
"Does my presence unease you Lady Symmone?"he requested as she backed away from him.
"It does not unease me.  Unspeakable horrors would befall me  if  any good body were to find you here alone with me,"she nervously stepped backward as he continued moving toward her.
"You cannot escape me,"he continued moving forward.
"And how can you be so sure of that?" she adressed as found herself backed against the gray stone wall.
His hands pressed against the cold stones as he gazed deep into her eyes."If you had so desired, you would have done so already."
She could not fight the very real presence of his masculinity bearing down against everything she had been taught to be of sacredeness and virtue.    She very truly desired a man.  A man of  whom she was not given to.  Lord Alixandre had proven to be an animal in their marriage bed but the desires Master Colin stirred were quite of another nature.
"You do not reply."
"I do not speak for I am speechless.  I know not what I feel."
"Has Lord Alixandre been unkind on his bestowing of pleasure?"
"You ask such questions."
"None that I do not already know the answers to milady."
"Then why do you ask such things of me?"
"I ask only that I would hear it from the sweetest offering of your kind heart."
" I have not of a kind heart.  For the thoughts that thou has stirred amongst my loins I should be burned."
"If they are of the purest within you cannot be destroyed by nothing but of your own weaknesses."
"I do not know that I should be sharing your company so discreetly Master Colin."
"Dost thou wish to feel love?"he responded; his hand resting gently on the porcelain skin of her cheek.
"I am a woman.  I am not allowed to know of such things."
His gaze met hers."You are a woman with a pure heart that is not deserving of such vulgar displays from the man that calls you his.  You deserve to know of all the rich and wondrous emotions that love's true joys brings.  You deserve to know of all the pleasures your heart so richly requires."
"And whom praytel would be willing to bestow such gifts upon my person?"
"Of that I can offer assistance,"he stated as the heated breath of his lips approached hers destroying all self will.
"Would the Lord not object to such actions?"
"The Lord need not know that I took liberties of his bride,"he softly brushed her lusciously plump lips.  He took further advances and swiftly delved inwardly to the eagerness awaiting his gentle teachings.  He drew her away from the harsh frigidness of the manor's walls into the warming circumfrence of his arms. She avidly discovered territory virgin to her heart.  As his tounge danced lightly around hers she could feel the attendance of his masculinity rising to the occasion of which they shared.
Breathlessly she tore herself away from his loving arms.  She could not, she should not be acting on such impulses.  Lord Alixandre would have her head if he had known of her indiscretion. Why was she not allowed to know of these desires?  Master Colin had taken liberties whence he need not have."I cannot do this."
"You cannot or you will not let yourself be loved because of his wishes?"
"You do not speak of love. You speak only of desires of  the flesh.  I cannot partake of such luridness."
"Then I shall not press upon thou my humblest and most pure of hearts.  I bid you a good eve Lady Symonne,"he digressed and exited her chamber.
She raised her gaze toward the heavens and inquired of the Lord,"Have I wronged a man that has bestowed the gift of pure love upon me?  Do I dare take a chance upon knowing of what that love could become?  I  do not wish to wrong my family nor my betrothed.  Do I not deserve of the richest of desires that are so generously given to men?  I beg of you.  Please lead me down the path that I am so deserved of.
