STOOGING RULE REINSTATEDS
Fellow witches and wizards rejoyce! The stooging rule has been reinstated! That's right, the Department of Magical Games and Sports decided that Quidditch needed more action because it was lacking the toughness it once had. The stooging rule, which was banned back in 1884 has given Quidditch an awesome rebirth and the Department of Magical Games and Sports was suprised to see that the wizarding world is now best buds with them! This is a change from most everyone hatting them! (For reference on the stooging rule please refer to page 26 in Quidditch Through the Ages).
