OPTIMIST CLUB of Huntington Park
1. Any item needing discussion and/or action by the Board must be included in the Agenda.
2. Items will be submitted in Letter or Report format to the President preferably by e-mail, fax, mail or by hand, no later than seven business days prior to the next Board meeting.
3. President will review each item and may return for clarification, if needed, and corrections or additions.
4. Final Letter or Report will be signed and added to the Agenda
5. To allow sufficient time for copying and distribution to the Board and Club members, corrected items must be resubmitted in a timely manner to the President within the prescribed time.
