The Knight of Cups has wings on his helmet to signify that he brings messages and invitations. This knight is a dreamy, artistic, enthusiastic, graceful, poetic male who is tuned into moods and events around him. He wears armor but is not necessarily warlike. He may even be a hermaphrodite or just a bohemian fellow. His power may be in his duality.

In a reading the Knight of Cups may mean to acknowledge your feelings. You might meet a new lover or friend. All should turn out well due to the Knight's uncanny ability to influence or be influenced. Emotions, like the suit of cups, will be at work.

This drawing was done with colored pencils on black paper. I've found this to be a sensuous medium. The black background really brings out the colors, almost like working on velvet. The knight of cups is supposedly brown haired with hazel eyes. He came out rather Mongolian.
