Danijela comes from Split and was born in 1972.  She used to be the lead singer of "Magazin", but left them in 1996 and went on to pursue a solo career.  She used to be married to Marko Perkovic Thompson, but is now married to Petar Grašo.

Danijela's younger sister Izabela is also a singer, formerly with "Stijene".
