It's me!
I have completed my B. Tech. in Food Technology from HBTI, Kanpur and M. Tech. in Process and Food Engg from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. Currently I am pursuing Ph D as Institute scholar in the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. Prior to joining IIT, Kharagpur, I have also worked as Senior Research Fellow at IARI, New Delhi, and lecturer in Food Technology at SLIET, Longowal.
