| My dear Paulinians, |
| In every family, we do not wait to be invited to attend family reunions, we just come! Let us remember that St. Paul's Day is in January and that the Annual General Alumnae Homecoming of all our SPCM Alumnae and Teachers, both young and old, fall on the last Sunday of January, every Paulinian's gold-letter day. |
| Thank you for coming to our homecoming today, to recall the golden days of our childhood. Let us walk down memory lane and renew friendships and relive the good times we have had within the walls of SPCM. Let us bear in mind that an Alumnae Homecoming is not only for the Jubilarians, but for everyone who has experienced being part of this prestigious and progressive educational institution. |
| Let us thank the Lord that in spite of the many years that have gone by, we are still given this rare opportunity to come and visit our Alma Mater, every Paulinian's second home, at least once a year. Let us pray that we will always keep in touch with our Paulinian classmates, friends, teachers and the Sisters, who are waiting for us to come home to St. Paul College of Manila. Take your place in the Paulinian Family and be an integral part of SPCM. As alumnae of SPCM, we should be living witnesses of our motto, "Caritas Christi Urget Nos". |
| As your outgoing President, may I extend my heartfelt gratitude to SPCM President, Sr. Hilaria Suzette Bautista, SPC, for her encouragement and kind support; to all the Sisters, Chairpersons of the different programs and the whole alumnae association into the fold of SPCM; to Veronica T. Villanueva, our efficient secretary for the past 15 years, for her Paulinian loyalty; and to the Moderator, Officers, and Board Members of the Alumnae Association, for their loving and kind support all these years. |
| Thank you Lord, for all these people who have been part of my Paulinian life. Pour your abundant blessing on each and everyone of them, and may Your great love, peace and joy be with us all. |
