The program hsifquote1.exe can run on windows95,98 and 2000
run it -> click the network -> click the netlink ->type it your name .
If connection is successful, it will show the message very fast.
If connection is unsuccessful, it will try again and take a little bit time to show the connection is unsuccessful. During this period, computer does not response your input.
Please note that before you run the program, your computer should have connected to the internet already.
