Troubleshooting - A lot of problems can be caused by having an older browser. Make sure you have the latest edition of your browser; this will make your computer faster and more reliable when surfing the Web. New versions also have a lot more security features so it is safer to be online. You can download them free from Netscape or Internet Explorer. We recommend using Internet Explorer, as NeoPets is faster in that browser, but the site should work fine using Netscape. To download the latest versions, click on one of our links below:

When I try to play flash games or animations, I only see a blank screen! What is wrong?

You need the flash player to play any flash games or animations. You can download it for free here.

I don't see the drop-down menu!

If you are using WebTV, you will have problems with the site. This is because WebTV doesn't support Javascript. WebTV is working on this problem so it should be okay soon. If you are not using WebTV, please check that you have Javascript enabled. You can check this by going to your browser's Internet settings. (A browser is the software you use to view Web pages, most commonly Netscape, Internet Explorer, or AOL.) If this doesn't fix it, please e-mail our technical support team at Hua100@yahoo.com.
