What is it?
A brand, spanking new 2 bedroom loft with 15 foot ceilings and windows that stretch to the ceiling. The rooms are enormous. The apartment gets light in every room, all day long. (I am leaving for grad school and I am looking to fill my room for my F roommate.)
Where is it?
Lower Carroll Gardens, off the F or G train at Smith/9th Street, Carroll Street. Restaurant row on Smith street is a hop, skip and a jump away. Prospect Park is within running distance.
When is it?
August 15 (preferred) or September 1.
What makes it special?
Besides the fact that it looks like a movie set?...Dishwasher, washer/dryers downstairs, trash chute, cable, cable modem, new appliances. Fabulous, relaxed roommate. A spectacular view of the train and downtown Brooklyn. There's also a private interior park/courtyard for building residents to lay out and relax.
How much?

Also about 10 minutes walk to chic Smith Street strip aka ‘the new Soho’ because of vibrant nightlife, dining, cafes, galleries, boutiques, etc. Plenty to do in the neighborhood if you don’t feel like going into the city. Lots of young attractive types running around, so why not live here?
