This was a one owner 11,000 mile car when I bought it in Oct 2000. It was a base model with air and power steering. I added KYB AGX shocks, Areospeed adj coilover springs set for 3" drop, 16X7" 5-star wheels, K&N Cone filter, 5 color Indiglo gages, Indiglo gage needles, Sony 10-disc changer, and 10 coats of wax. This was a great drivers car. Increadible handing and super road manners. It would do exactly what you wanted without any suprizes.

I had just bought it a week before this pic. The day after I bought it we got 12" of snow. This is before I had storage, note the stock steel wheels.
