| Now this was a car! It's power 1 liter 3 cylinder engine would pull you down the interstate at a brisk pace....unless you catch a head wind or hill. Then it could only muster about 65 mph. It was a daily driver/winter car/work car while the IROC and later the Miata was in storage. Totally stripped. No air or power steering. It didn't even have a radio. I drove this in 3/2001 to NY from SD. 3000+ mile round trip and it only used $50 in gas. It would cruise at 85 all day until I got a head wind or hill. I had this for about 18 months and sold it in the summer of 2001 with only 29,000 miles. |
