| Drove this in 1998-99. I bought it for next to nothing. It was at the car lot I used to do detail work for. I was really missing the GT I had and went for this. Well, I should have saved my money. It eventually used and leaked oil, and tranny started to slip. Then the top motor blew up....lliterally. It started to rain, pulled over to put the top up when half way there the pump died. There was a plug that had failed and caused the fluid to leak out all over the rear of the car. A few weeks later, one of the pistons that work the top frame had failed...causing more leaks. A week later, the other one went....causing even more leaks. It needed some paint and engine work and just lost interest. |
