Hulk vs. Hercules I- Avengers #267

It's not Hercules' firsrt fight with Hulk, but it is Hulk's first fight with Hercules. The Avengers encounter this early Hulk from when he was sent into Limbo by the Space Phantom in Avengers #2. Hulk was in a trance though and so even though Hercules scores the only punch it wouldn't be fair to count it as a win for him.
