Hulk vs. Bi-Beast VI- Defenders vol. 2 #6-

Hulk and the Defenders are brought to the Sky Island. Hulk jumps the gun and assumes that when he sees Bi-Beast that he is going to attack. Hulk attacks Bi-Beast first. Bi-Beast fights back and punches Hulk right off the Sky Island.
