Hulk vs. Bi-Beast I- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #169

The Bi-Beast captures both the Hulk and the Harpy because he is lonely on his Sky Island. Hulk and Harpy don't take to kindly to this and a fight erupts. Hulk is not used to the thin air in the extremely high island and he transforms into Bruce Banner and collapses.
