Hulk vs. Absorbing Man II- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #209

Absorbing Man is contracted to kill the Hulk for "They Who Weild Power". Creel finds Bruce Banner working on a construction site. Banner falls off the building's structure, but the Hulk lands. Hulk remembers Creel, but he still can't seem to get the concept of why he is called the Absorbing Man. Creel absorbs Hulk's power and starts to choke him. Hulk pounds the building structure and the entire thing collapses. Not sure why Creel let go of the Hulk's power, but he is human again and falling. He reaches up to absorb something to survive the fall, but he only touches glass and shatters into a million pieces.
