Hulk vs. Bi-Beast IV- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #216-

Hulk and Bi-Beast meet up again on the helicarrier, but this time Bi-Beast is wearing a battle armor as well. The fight goes back and forth for a while, but eventually Hulk gets angry. He charges Bi-Beast, and may very well have defeated him, but the two fall off the helicarrier instead.
