Hulk vs Thing XV- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #278-

The Banner Hulk makes his debut in polite society when he goes to the Fantastic Four for help. Despite the fact that Thing saw that Bruce Banner was in control of the Hulk on television he still attacks him (probably paranoid from all the times Hulk smacked him around). Reed reminds Thing of Bruce’s control and the fight is averted.
