| Thursday, January 29, 2009- Huzzah! By a fluke of fate, we have internet service for a month! It's quite fun, after four years of sketchy net access (from my parents' computer) to be able to surf. Not a lot going on, lately. Our church has been having youth services every Wednesday night, this month. It's a yearly occurence, I think everyone -including the 'older' people- enjoys the change of pace. Shemaiah leads singing, one of the younger girls plays the piano, two boys take up offering, all the special singing is done by youth, and the youth sits up front. The other church goings-on is that the Sunday school is putting on a play about Esther. It's quite involved, making costumes, planning props, rehearsing lines, etc. They plan to put it on in March, we'll have a birthday dinner (somewhere besides at church) and watch the play. Oh, before I forget.. I'm updating quite a few things on the site. I'm deleting old pages, such as the Doves, NCYB, etc. I want to make the most of updating while I have internet from *here,* In reality, I have no idea who is even looking at this site anymore, but I will be satisfied because it irks me to think of perfectly good web space sitting in a corner, mildewin', lol. |
