(Explosive Ordanace Disposal) 1ST APPEARANCE: G.I.JOE: THE MOVIE TUNNEL RAT earned his code-name thanks to his ability to crawl through tight spaces and caves. He was part of the trainee group called the Rawhides. He developed a friendship with fellow Rawhide BIG LOB. From the start, TUNNEL RAT gave attitude to his drill instructor BEACH-HEAD. However, he did prove himself by beating a dangerous training course. While BIG LOB ran past all the traps, TUNNEL RAT went around by crawling through a drain pipe. He emerged out the other side and gave BIG LOB covering fire while the latter reached the goal. TUNNEL RAT listened in on the court martial of LT FALCON. He felt FALCON should answer for his actions. Later, TUNNEL RAT joined the Rawhides in fighting Cobra's second attempt at stealing the BET. Like the other Rawhides, TUNNEL RAT was left behind when the Joes invaded COBRA-LA. However, after the invading force was captured, TUNNEL RAT joined in on a second attempt at attacking. He even found the water route that ROADBLOCK and COBRA COMMANDER had used to escape. He was nearly killed when the DREADNOK MONKEYWRENCH spotted him coming out of the water. However, LAW sneaked up from behind and punched MONKEYWRENCH out before he could fire. During the battle, TUNNEL RAT was swallowed by a creature defending COBRA-LA. He shot his way out and continued fighting. He survived the destruction of COBRA-LA and was seen celebrating during the aftermath when DOC called to report that DUKE had recovered from a life-threatening coma.
