Rules
Basics Battling:
This is a DragonBall
RPG, as that is easy to tell. The spars, and fights are
done in AIM chatrooms. We uses the dice system that is
available in the AIM chatrooms. //roll-dice*-sides*. Moves
damage is decided by the dice. If a move does 5-8 damage,
then type //roll-dice1-sides4. If you roll a 1, 5% of you max
PowerLevel is done to the person hit with the attack. 2=6%, 3=7%,
and 4=8%.
You can only battle once per day, unless you heal.
Can only uses
1 Sensu bean per battle.
PowerLevel:
This is how strong
your character really is. It determines your max HP which equals
your max PowerLevel. This also effects the attacks you
make damage.
Ki:
This is the stat
that is need to uses Energy Attacks. If a move cost 20 ki,
then you take away 20 from you ki, if it restores 20, then add
20.
Warning: When
Ki is at zero, all Ki attacks done to you are increased 50%
Physical Endurance(End):
This is your bodies
ability to endure hardship. When using some Physical Attacks, it
is used in the same manner as Ki.
Warning: When End reaches zero, all physical attack damage done
to you are increased 50%.
Speed:
How fast your
character moves. This decides who goes first, if two peoples
speeds are the same, roll for it. Also everymove takes a certain
amount of time. If you Speed is 20(which it starts at) then
you can do a move that is a 10, twice a turn. Or a move that is
10, and two moves that are 5s, anyway you want to put them
together. If a move is over your speed, then it will
take two, or more turns to do. Some moves require whole turns to
charge. Items take 20 Speed.
Brute Physical Attack:
These are attack in
which you use the power of you fist to simpley punch the oponent.
These deal 1% of your Powerlevel in damage, and takes up 10
Speed. They require no Ki/End. You can increase this thru
weapon, Powerups, Quest, ext.
Hit Ratio:
When doing a
attacking attack, this will determen if it hits or not. This like
most things are done with dice. A 10 sided die. On a attack with
a Hit Rate of 9, you must roll above 1, 8 above 2, and so on.
After each uses of a certain attack, the Hit Rate goes down 1.
After a miss it goes up 1.
Karma:
This stat the basic
goodness, or evilness of your character. Depending on your
character you chose will tell your beginning karma. Action that
you do in the course of the RPG will lower, and raise your karma
rating. 1 to 5 is considered to have evil in their hearts. Well 8
to 10 is pure hearted.

Other simply Things:
On Move Pages, I
uses single letters to save time. Heres quick info on that.
S=Speed taken from doing move. K=Ki taken away from doing move.
E= End taken away from doing move. H=Hit Rate of the move. T=
Turns needed to charge, or turns that the opponent is Paralized.
Types of Battles:
Sparing:
You spar once
a day with the person of your choice. Person with the higher
base Speed goes first. If two members' Speed are the same, roll
for it. The 1st person who HP reaches zero loses. Everyone
in the spar gains 2% of their opponents Max PowerLevel. Winner
gets 100 coins, and loser gets 50. You can spar for no points, if
they can't find another person. If you are alone on a
Planet, or in Space, you may spar by yourself, to gain half
as much PowerLevel, and 50 coins.
Training:
Incase you've noticed, there is no way for you to learn enough
Moves to get by forever at the beginning. So you may train with
someone to learn a Move they know. It takes different
number of days depending on move. You both recieve equal
PowerLevel, and coins from the training.. 1 day for Normal Move,
2 for Power Move, 3 for Charging Move, 2 for Pysical
Attack, Paralizing Move, and Other Moves. You can Train by
youself to learn Moves you don't know, but it takes twice as
long.
Fighting to the death, and Fights for DragonBalls:
This kind of
battle can involve as many members as you decide. The loser
either dies, or loses his/her DragonBall.
Fighting for the
Planet:
When Joining,
all members start on Earth, and for one Month after that, Earth
is safe from attack. After that it is free for whatever team
choses to claim it first. Members that own a Planet get
double Coins while on it, so its a good idea to own one. You can
take over a planet by being there, and telling me a week in
advance that you want to take it over, that gives the owner of it
time you prepare a defense. If
you win the battle, you can either claim it, or destroy it. The planet will be auto restore
it 1 month, or can be wished back.
Death:
When you die you can do several other things. You can go to North
Kaio's Planet to train. (See Member's Quests) Your you can train
by yourself, or with a partner in the Afterlife. Powerlevel
gained from spars is increase 50% while dead. After you complete
you training, you must wait 3 day of inactivity to come back. The
2nd time you die, you have to wait 5 days to come back. The 3rd
time you die, your dead. You have to be wished back. You can
continue to train in the AfterLife.
Transformations:
Some of the Race
Abilities are transformations. They ofcourse have no effect,
unless you uses them in battle. SSJ would be an exaple. Some
abiltiies increase PowerLevel, but are not transformations. In
this case a mark will be made to show what your base PowerLevel
is, and what it is with the abiltiy. Cell's, and Buu's forms
would be a good exaple.
Counsel of Member:
This will be a group
of members that will decide of something I do is wrong, and to
check other Quest, and Moves. To get on this, you most be an
involved member, and I will put you on it. Or a number of other
members can decide you should be on it.
DragonBalls:
You should know what
these are, well the are little magical balls that grant wishes.
Using a DB Radar or Scouter you may look for one. It takes time
depending on device used. You can challenge someone who has a
DragonBall, and they must accept.(If they have a reason why they
can't, email it to me for judgement) If you have all Seven,
you don't have to fight, but you do have to make your wish in 3
days. Wishes will depend on which set of DragonBalls you
have. If you're out of ideas. Like at Wishable Items,
or Invent a Move, or Item, if it is reasonable, you can wish
for it.
Tournament:
Every once, and awhile a tournament will be held. No Sensus Beans
can be used in tournaments. Rewards will be told day of
tournament. Stats will be restored after each bout.
Quests:
Quest are just
special things that you can do besides just sparing. Members
Quests can be done by everyone, and each one comes with a symbol
to tell if you completed that quest. Race Quest are quest
that can only be done by a one race, and come with a symbol also.
Personal Quests are thoses that can only be done by one peson, it
will say on the page if the member has completed them.
