Hear is the engine block ,front&back crankcase covers,with ballbearings installed , and the new oil pan
The engine is 13/16 (.8125) bore X 3/4(.750) strock
water cooled 4 cyc.
O.H.C.  singel cyl.
Next is the crankshaft
and the piston & rod
The crank is made from a grade 8 bolt,
the rod is 6160 alu.
the piston is 1025 steel
the ring will be made from cast iron
the ring grove is .031 wide , and .050 deep
the ring will be .030 thick , and .035 wide
Rod bolts are 5-40
grade 8 S.H.C.S.
the crank throw is .250
dia. the main bearring jurnals are .392 (10 mm)
i used the 10 mm bearrings because i had several sets that were salvaged from old 1/4 in air diegrinders.
the small ends are .3125(5/16) due to a screwup i made after cutting the throw
Hear are two views of the NEW flywheel, and the hub that goes on the crankshaft for the flywheel to mount on. The first one was just too small&light , This one is probly overkill but at least it wont be too small this time !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are two views of the head , In the top view you can see the camshaft , and one rocker arm installed , In the bottom view you can see the combustion chamber (sorry that the detall did not come through verry well) and the one valve that is installed . On the side are the other valve , rocker , spring ,keeper ,& lock
I put this one in just for size ! I played with the pic. to get it to app. actual size !
The valve stim is 1/8 (.125) and the valve head is 1/4 (.250) 
the block , and covers are made from 2X2 in. hot rolled steel
The head is allso made from 2X2 in. hot rolled steel
