PARTY TIME

Once upon a midnight dreary,
Main Street sat there sad and eerie.
Out in the country, parties blasted.
Through the morning after lasted.
When I awoke the next afternoon,
Wish I'd left the party soon.
What a day this is gonna be.
What'd that party do to me?
Was it the food or was it the drinks?
Party life really stinks!
Of party life I'll not partake.
But promises were made to break.
Think of all the fun I'd miss,
If I made a stupid promise like this.
I'll take two asprin, rise and shine,
Pary life begins at nine!
