IT'S now the Summer of 2003.  A year has passed since I did any REAL work on the Camaro.  Winter sucks.... that's all there is to it.

I'm almost ready to bolt the suspension, stock type disc brakes and steering gear back under the car.  I started painting the parts and assemblies but got stuck waiting WAY too long for replacement parts for my sandblaster to come.  I could have easily rented one but I kept busy anyway.
Here you see some of the parts with their new coats of POR-15.  Shot
#1 is the modified spindles. #2 and #3 show where I repaired an enlongated shock mounting hole in an upper A-arm.  I just welded it and ground it smooth, then filed.  I had to do this to both upper arms and one of the lowers.
Oh yeah, here's what $7 of 1/2" insulation and some tape with get ya..... a blast cabinet! Shot
