DEGREE LEVEL ASSESSMENT FORM (DLA)

After Assessment of the applicant level, and receiving the DLA with and fees, a letter will be issued includes confirmation of acceptance and enrollment at , a copy explains the  fees, cost, field of study, and degree requirements will be sent to the applicant with the DLA form. An understanding agreement between and the applicant also will be included. When the study fees and cost  or what reached by agreement on methods of  payments,  a booklet of courses and other requirements will follow. Applicants after that point have passed successfully  the first step toward their degrees. They will be assigned to a supervisor to help them achieve their goal and to fulfill  their degree plan successfully.
