HYOLU COST AND FEES

Any student will be accepted after filling a Membership Questionnaire Kit (MQK) that include application, and answering questions about the candidate experience and major studies earned previously.

Credit Hour Load will be decided after revising the application from specialists in the field, recommendation will be provided after the assessment.

The assessment committee will advice the number and the type of courses  the diploma, or the  B.A,  the master degree or the Ph.D degree candidate.

 The University Council decided in its meetings that the credit hours for the degree candidate will not exceed 30 credit hours for the Master degree, and sixty credit hours for the Ph.D degree. Plus six credit hours for research project as thesis or dissertation. 

COST and FEES

US  $50    Non-refundable MQK Fees for application processing

US $100   Non-refundable Degree Level Assessment (DLA) for processing.

US $ 20    Each Semester Credit for the Diploma and B. A degree

B.A program has minimum 90 credit hours and 136 maximum credit hours. 

US $ 30    Each Semester Credit for the Master degree program.

M.A program has minimum 26 and maximum 40 credit hours including thesis. 

US $100    Post office services and on-line material access

US $ 50     Each Semester Credit hour for the Ph.D degree program.

Ph.D program has minimum 46  and maximum  66 credit hours PLUS 30 credit hours research and dissertation. 

 (Payments may be arranged between the Finance Department and applicants, however, flexibility is encouraged to permit installments on three or four payments if convinced by the applicants reasons),  Up to 25% discount will be given to those who are accepted for two programs plan or those who pay the total study cost and fees)

Because the nature of    as a non-profit organization, it takes into consideration those who might be in difficult situation to pay the whole amount on one time, The total amount will be divided into two to three payments arranged with administration and finance department.
