So here I sit at work on a Saturday night!! Oh what fun.. You can only imagine.. :) teee hee.. Just finished writing a diary entry about September 11, 2001.. Still thinking about it.. sucks because just a week earlier was my birthday.. week to the day.. I had a good week off for my birthday.. On my birthday I went to see WWF Smackdown at Air Canada Centre.. Before it Jason had took me to the Keg for dinner and had got me a Alexander Mogilny Leafs jersey.. (Leafs are now 0-1-1 in season.. I saw opening game against Ottawa and the leafs defense just stunk in a 5-4 loss) Jason also got me Tori Amos new CD which is totally awesome.. :)The rest of my week off went out with friends alot.. Friday went to Systems Soundbar for first time.. Kinda liked it.. But I usually work Saturday afternoons so its not somewhere id go often.. Then went to fly on the Saturday and had the most fun I think I ever had there.. the music was awesome and when your surrounded by people who care about you it makes it more fun.. The sunday morning had a fun K-walk with Jason and my best friend Heath.. Was so much fun.. ended up on some cliff in the middle of Toronto.. You just had to be there to believe it.. Then monday was my first day back to work and the morning it was Sept 11.. After that the next couple weeks were just kinda existing.. didnt really do anything really exciting.. Went to a Mapleleafs preseason game and opening game of the regular season.. But one thing i noticed after Sept 11 was alot of bullshit.. One night me and Jason actually got chased by 4 guys on a Sunday night at like 1am in the morning.. That was shitty.. and then we also got called a faggot when we walked by this coffee shop by my house.. It was like everyone was taking out things on other people because they watched too much tv about new york and stuff.. Its frustrating that people have to act like that.. But I aint going to change the way that i am for other people.. I havent since I came out.. and im not going to now because I have someone around my building call me a faggot.. not that I live in the best of neighbourhoods.. used to be nice but has so gone down hill in last couple years.. I wanna move downtown.. which me and jason are planning of getting an appartment downtown together.. Im glad Hockey season has started again... :) thats one of the only things I like about winter time is hockey.. My prediction is the Leafs will squeek in the playoffs... and Mogilny will be our leading scorer.. :)
In a couple of weeks it will be 12 years since my dad died.. Its scary that its been that long.. When you lose someone like your mom and dad its very hard to deal with.. you never forget them but you do learn to forget about it.. Not that you ever want to completely forget.. But its strange thinking you wont ever see them again.. I always think about my dad alot in October because he died in October and hockey season is starting and my dad worked for 25 years at Mapleleaf gardens.. which is where he met my mom.. Then his birthday was Halloween.. Speaking of Halloween I kinda wanna do something for halloween.. havent dressed up in like 4 years when my friend Heath dressed me up in a dress.. That was absolutely tragic im telling ya.. :) teee hee.. Anyways I'll end this for now.. :) Happy Halloween everyone in case I dont write in here for awhile...
