"...I have got to tell you this news - I used the hypnosis twice this morning, and then I had to go to physical therapy for my back (I also have a herniated disc). Because of my panic attacks (all of the stress and anxiety of leaving home), by the time I arrived at the doctor's office, I was having stomach pains so bad that I did not think I would be able to go through the therapy. I asked the doctor if I might be able to wait just a little bit to see if I could go through with the therapy anyway.
