| Zoe, David and thier mother have come back to Hong Kong today and their Auntie and his 2 sons, Alec and Tommy have gone to the airport to welcome them back. They have been to the restaurant and Alec had went out with Zoe to hide from a girl called Elva which is Cathy's best-friend. Zoe and Alec then decided that would return to the restaurant as they didn't want their parents to wait that long for them and anyway, they thought that Cathy and Elva, Cathy's best-friend which appeared in Chapter one, would've gone shopping by now and they wouldn't bump into each other. But when they got there - it was another matter. Inside the room everyone had finished eating and were waiting for Alec and Zoe to come back as Elva and Cathy was still there waiting for Alec. Alec had successfully got rid of (hid) away everytime Elva appeared trying to let her slowly forget him and so Elva hadn't seen much of him and started to miss him a lot. |

| Mum: em....so Elva you're Alec's girlfriend I heard from Cathy Elva: Yes Auntie: Alec never said anything to us about this relationship. Cathy: Knowing your girlfriend is coming he shouldn't have gone with.. Auntie: Cathy pass me some tea Uncle: I can't wait any longer or else I'll be late for work I'm on night shift tonight. Have a nice you all. David: Bye bye Uncle Tommy: Bye bye Mum: Goodbye. Where about's are you driving tonight? Still driving buses for the same company? Uncle: Yes. I'm driving around Temple Street area Auntie: Be careful Alec and Zoe come back into the room. They are gobsmacked to see Cathy and Elva still there. Alec: Elva? Uncle: Wow..you 2 went for ages. I need to go to work now. Bye bye have fun. Zoe: huh..going already. Bye bye Alec: Bye bye Dad Elva: Alec!! Elva goes and hugs Alec whilst Zoe is trying to get pass them to sit down. Elva: Alec I missed you. Where have you been? Alec: Elva get off Cathy: Alec you went for ages. Elva and I have waited for ages for you. Zoe seeing Elva suddenly thought about her own best friend which she hasn't seen for ages. Zoe: Wait for me a min. I need to phone someone. be right back Alec: I'll come with you Auntie: I'm sure she can manage finding the phone and getiing safely back. You can stay here and talk to Elva. I heard you haven't seen for ages. Zoe goes out to phone Vicki to tell her she's back. In the room Alec recieves a phone call on his mother's mobile Alec: Hello? Alex. Oh hiya! What's up? Alex: I couldn't get through to you on your phone Alec looks at his phone inside his pocket.. Alec: I'm sorry the batteries are dead. Alex: When are we meeting? Alec: For what? Alex: You said you wanted to go shopping for a pair of new trainers before the finals next week! Alec: Ah...I nearly forgot about that. Been too busy today my cousin has come back from England. Em..11 O'clock in ShaTin where we always meet. Is it ok with you? Alex: No problem. See you tomorrow and DON'T forget Alec: haha... won't.Bye Zoe comes into the room again after the phone call. Zoe: Mum, I'm meeting Vicki tomorrow Mum: Vicki? Oh..I remember. Your best friend you met by your IFC? You kept in contact with her all these years? Wow she's a real friend then. Zoe: Yeh..She's really nice and has become the vice-manager of the site to help me there with activities and things. Mum: What time are you meeting her tomorrow then? Zoe: I'm meeting her in MongKok at 10 O'clock Alec: Zoe do you know how to get there? Need me to show you? Auntie: You won't be able to take her to Mong Kok then go and meet Alex. Don't always be late. Alec: I'm never late and.. Auntie: Zoe I'll take you there if you want. Zoe: It's ok I'll go by the KCR. Auntie: Cathy aren't you two going shopping then or are you going to stay here all day? The shops are sure to be closed by the time you get there. Cathy: Elva I know you haven't seen him for ages but why are you staring at him like that? Elva?? Elva: I feel ill. Go shopping with you another time. Anyway the shops will be closed by the time we get downstairs. Elva pratically shouted just so that Alec would hear her and she thought he might take a bit more notice of her being there then he is now. |
