really? that's why?

I haven't been online in a very long time. Can you tell? Would you like to hear the story behind that?

So my computer keeps crashing. After shelling out a couple hundred bucks to back up and get disks and do all the stupid shit that you do to try to retrieve all the important information that you keep on your electronic devices... STILL NADA. I'm so sick of being put on hold and dealing with support center people that are in India and don't understand what I'm saying, trying to say, or what product they are supposed to help me with. Scripts suck. And seriously? WHY DO I HAVE TO TALK TO TEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO TELL THEM THE EXACT SAME INFORMATION TEN DIFFERENT TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES TO CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE THE WRONG SPELLING, ADDRESS, PROBLEM, AND PHONE NUMBER? EACH TIME! SERIOUSLY? I don't understand why they can't just put this information in a computer, confirm once, and then ship out what I need. Why do I have to troubleshoot when I know what the problem is. Why do I have to be transferred to 3 different techs because they don't understand that I need a recovery disk. Please send it to me. It's not that hard! Here's my address. Here's what I need. Here's my debit card number. Please repeat it back to me. It shouldn't take A WHOLE HOUR to do this! It should take 10 minutes... and that's with a bad connection!

I hate Hp. Mar needs a macbook.

Murder is on the brain. If only I could reach through the phone and do their job for them. Would make my life SO MUCH EASIER!!!!

The fun part is... they keep telling me to visit hp.com for support. When I have made it perfectly clear that my computer is dead. WOW. how smart is that?!??!
