Mulholland Drive
ok, this movie is very weird, im not going to lie to you   when i was done watching it, i was thinking..."i dont get it"   it seems like it is just a bunch of unrelated scenes, with so many characters doing so many crazy things, it is hard to piece together any kind of a "plot" that makes sense   i had the faint impression that i had just watched a good movie, but that i just wasnt able to understand it or something...

the director (david lynch) is known for making bizarre movies, and this certainly keeps up with his reputation   basically, it follows the lives of a couple actresses in hollywood and some of the just...crazy things that happen to them or around them   much of the movie seems to either have nothing to do with the rest of it, or to even flat out contradict other parts just when you think youve made some kind of sense out of something   i love to watch movies that make me think, and this one really does, but i think david lynch is just on some kind of superior intellectual level than i am, and the movie isnt meant to make "perfect sense"   either way, i think it is a good movie, and you should watch it for yourself, if for no other reason that it is a unique way to spend two and a half hours...
