THE PLAN
 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Ok, I now have a more adequate plan to help me melt away.

 

1.- I’m controlling my food (not diet style) but trying to eat healthy and stay away from fatty processed food. If your a fast food junkie (like I was) this might be hard at first, but believe me it gets easier as you go along.

 

2.- I ride my stationary bike 6 days a week for 25 mins. on the hardest cycle. I’ve had to work up to it for the past 8 months, so you might want to start with 20 mins on the easiest cycle and add on 5 mins every week. Your body will tell you when you should make it harder.

 

3.- I’m lifiting weights 6 days a week. Arms and upper body one day and legs and lower body the next. I do 5 different exercsies and do 5 sets of 20 repetitions of each one. If you’re just starting you can do 3 sets of 15 repetions each. You can find some excellent exercsies here.

 

4.- I’m doing 40 mins of yoga. Nothing complicated, simple moves and I’m loving it. You can find some great yoga postures here.

 

5.- Drink five million gillion gallons of water a day. Well, that’s a little too much but really drink a lot of water. All the fat needs a vehicle to leave the body and water is the way to go.

 

I’m always doing and trying new things. As I keep following this journey I’ll update the information here.
