| The History of Dubuque, Iowa In the year 1940, the city now known as Dubuque was a region known only as "Ninja Town", the area was run by a band of rouge ninjas known only as the "Band of Rouge Ninjas" (or the BRN). the BRN ran the town and frequently chopped off peoples heads, and they didn't even think twice about it. In the year 1946, Julian Dubuque drove to Ninja Town in his SUV. Julian Dubuque was a 8-foot tall Cybernetic Ninja who ate lead to fuel his internal atomic reactor. He saw the fine land around him and said to himself "This is a fine land, it shall be mine, no matter how many nunjas i have to kung-fu fight to claim it!" Julian Dubuque promptly defated the BRN with his superiour cyber-ninja kung-fu and the said "I AM JULIAN DUBUQUE!
