My Sweet Crickie

Well, it's been one year. I am still hopeful, I still have my dream and I still feel blessed to enjoy all the beauty!

Keep The Faith!

My beloved little Cricket died in September. Turns out she wasn't 12 years old - she was 15 - 18 years old. She went peacefully beside me on the couch. I miss her terribly.

I look out my window and can see the farm, the windmill and solar energy, the greenhouse and the animals, so I know that the vision is still there. I'll just keep working at it.

So many people have told me how I can't do it….note to others: Please don't try to steal someone else's dream.

Thank God for my dad, who knows exactly how I feel and why I'm doing this….all my love, Dad…

I can't wait because this dream WILL become a reality.

After Crickie, I've decided that I will adopt not just the older Poms, but any small, older dog. The “older ladies” need someone like me who cares about giving them a loving home to live out what is left of their lives.

I know my little Crickie died comfortably, cared for and so very loved.

My sweet Crickie
