Menu: Crispy Tofu
Deep-fried tofu served with crushed peanuts in sweet & sour sauce.
Ingredients:
1 box of firm tofu
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon sweet & sour sauce
1 tablespoon crushed peanuts
How-to cook
Slice tofu into 1 x 1/2 inches.
Put the oil in a frying pan, heat until the oil is hot.
Add the sliced tofu into the hot oil, fry until golden brown.
Serve with crushed peanuts in sweet & sour sauce
