| The workers of IBEW Local 300, while currently under contract with Entergy, are watching with disgust and horror as this highly profitable corporation has moved to effectively eliminate healthcare benefits for all of it's retirees. At a time of record high stock prices and profits, the management of this company is sending us an offer that doesn't cover the increased healthcare costs or inflation. In keeping with Ted's "Good to Great" program, if what we have is good, this offer isn't great. Ourselves and our union brothers and sisters throughout this corporation must carefully evaluate the current contract proposal. |
