Paintings
Below are some of my paintings which I have produced both at home and in college. You may like some of them but others may seem not as good. I hope you like them all. Tell me what you think of them by emailing me on ibrahim_kinguk@yahoo.co.uk

This is the latest painting which I produced in         college for my final exam.
This painting was inspired by a very special person. The  composition together with the objects were carefully chosen to illustrate a special feeling.
This study of the clouds and the sea was done in school.
This  was the first painting that I created in college. It seems weird I know. I took random objects from a variety of comspositions and just put them  together in juxtaposition.
This was my first painting which was painted in school. I wanted to symbolize death and so I chose a sheep's skull for the obvious reason but I can not remember the point of the wine bottle. The rotten sliced orange was used to represent the wrinkly  skin of old folks.
This is an exam piece for my AS exam of the Guild hall and the old Tricorn centre
This painting  was to show distortion. I was not  sure what to do for the project but luckily I happened to have had my little trophy in my hand which I decided to paint.
This colourful still life was painted in college, it was set by the art teacher.

Just some beautiful leaves
An old skull that was in college

This is a self potrait which I has been painted on a specialy prepared surface.
This painting was made in school where the theame of the project was emotions.
Below are pencil drawings of variety of objects and figures. Some are sudies created during the preparation of the final paintings above. I prefere to draw with pencil rather than paint using brushes mainly becuase I find that there is more control using a sharp point such as a pencil.
I hope you like these studies.
This is an actor who stars in Shakespear in Love
This drawing was done in the early years of shool, guess who it is?
I drew this one sunny day just outside the college, at langston harbour beach.
These beautiful trees were in a nursery next to my college, I initially intended to paint these for my final piece.
This tree was on the college playing field.
