Introduction

There are several forms of energy: thermal, kinetic and electrical energy. It can be
transformed from one form into another. Thermal energy can be transformed into
kinetic; kinetic into electrical; electrical into thermal etc.

When electrical energy is transformed into kinetic energy, then further on, transformed
into thermal energy ( gas, liquid or solid ), it will spread and scatter into the surrounding
medium, before it leaves the surrounding area to the atmosphere. The Sun supplies the
Earth with this kind of natural form of energy.

Electrical energy can be easily transformed into thermal energy, this can be done, by
passing an electrical current, through a high resistance medium. This is what happens
as in case of the common electrical heaters, cookers or ironing machines.

Thermal energy can be transformed into electrical energy, by using the method of
burning inflammable materials (oil, gas or diesel fuels). The electrical energy can be
further used to operate motors, engines, turbines, etc.

However, to operate an air-conditioning unit, cooling system or refrigerators as they
usualy used in food stores, the energy is necessary to run the air-compressor, and the
compressed gas, becomes fluid increasing it's temperature, which will be lost through
the condensing part of the unit.

The state of the compressed air/gas became fluid passing through the expansion unit,
and needs more temperature to evaporate, which will causes a temperature exchange
(cooling effect) in the expansion unit. The kinetic energy gained by the gas, during the
compressing process, which fluid accumulated, can not be retrieved, the efficiency of
the cooling unit (cooling system) will be lower (energy lost).

Scientist tried to designe a cooling units (systems), which is able, at the same time, to
produce energy, but the associated problems they faced e.g. the friction, lost of energy
and the disability of the gas to expand nearly to the ideal state, also, in addition to the
prevailing sense of the second law of thermodynamics which states that, it's impossible
to transfer the energy, from lower to higher level, without spending work".

All these reasones cause the scientists to give up the dream having a system based on
the energy  recycling, same as in case of non-stop running motors.
