The more I play this the more I like it. I think alot of the reason is because this is the first live material I've heard from Horror Show. This boot is not so great though. You can barely hear the vocals.  I wish I had some more shows from this tour but they seem to be very obscure. I also have the Megadeth show from this date as well.

None of these songs are in their entirety. They are just 2 or 3 minute cuts. I have no idea why someone would tape a show this way, but behold some idiot did. Pretty clear picture and audio is okay too. Schaffer is wearing his neck brace during the set, and this was Richard Christy's first live show with Iced Earth. Other than that, no real reason to own this boot.

This is the only video that I own from the Horror Show Europe Tour. This kinda sucks because its a real media file only. But great sound and video (if you minimize), but for any uneducated people out there, this will only play on your computer through your Real Media player. Pretty cool little item however!

This was recorded by Troy Cole,  a friend of mine that I attended the show with. We stood in the middle of the room, right in front of the soundboard. This recording was done on a Sony MZR37 portable mini-disc recorder. This boot is fairly good, catching the vocals and guitars nicely. The drums are a bit hollow-sounding, and you can clearly hear the group of friends that attended the show with us on the recording. Its kind of funny to hear some of their remarks. This one is pretty good though. Probably one of my favorites.

This is easily one of the worst bootlegs I have ever heard. Nothing at all to really listen to here. This one is as bad as the Pittsburgh show from this tour, only much worse. For die-hard fans only (like myself).

Much like the Bochum show, this one has perfect sound. The only thing that sets this one apart from Bochum is the audience isn't quite as active on this recording. Still a flawless recording. Highly recommended!

This one is by far the worst recording I've heard thus far. Its far more worse than the Norfolk show. Unfortunately this is the only live recording of Frankenstein that I know of. Horrible recording!
MUCH MUSIC'S "LOUD" 5/4/02

60 Mins VID 5 AUD 5 PRO SHOT

Very suprising to see Loud invite Iced Earth and In Flames on the show!! This has an interview with Schaffer and shows split second footage of the band playing Violate and Pure Evil at the Opera House in Toronto on 4/15/02. Pretty cool stuff here, with Schaffer getting about 10 minutes or so to talk about the music industry and to announce videos by Blind Guardian and Iron Maiden. This also has Peter Iwers and Bjorn of In Flames getting about the same amount of time to talk about their new album and their comparisons to Nu-Metal. On top  of all this we get horrible videos to watch by bands like Coal Chamber, Zeke, and Bucket Truck. At least Loud is trying, but for God's sake, please stop airing Nu-Metal crap.

Finally, my first video footage of the US Horror Show Tour. This one is pretty good. The camera sits at a good vantage point and the picture is fairly clear. The audio fades a little during some songs, and fades somewhat during the intro for Wolf. My major concern with this is my version has an annoying tracking bar across the bottom of the screen. I've done everything possible to try to get rid of it and it won't go away. If it wasn't for that and the sound fade outs this would have been a 4 or even a 4+. But nonetheless, this one is really cool to watch.
