This beacon can shine keeping ships free?
From dangers approaching and waters tossing wild
Must these vessels have the faith of a child?
From the mist of the spray, to the winds tossing 'fro
Imagine the power the seas can bestow.
To be caught in a storm of this magnitude
Could only be perilous, and with much gratitude
Would you look up and see this beacon so bright
Evershining so proudly, displaying Her light.
To guide you home, safe and sound
To the place in your heart, where love abounds.
So keep in your mind, this beacon on the ledge
And turn to Her, when life's sending you to the edge.
Let Her guide you through rough waters each day
