First Pack Comments: An OK pack, two autos, albeit of littlier guys, and a pretty high HSHS card. As a bit of foreshadowing it's kinda sad when I get a pack with 2 autos and call it OK, huh? :)

C'mon Andy, I'm not a big stickler for penmenship, but really ...

Box Rating: 9.4 / 10
Product Rating: 9.0 / 10

This was a really fun box to break. Of all the high end boxes I've broken (uhh ... which would be one other one I believe!) this is by far the best money I've spent on a premium box.

First, the break is fun. The thing I love about BAP Signature is that the checklist is reasonable. OK, so Yzerman and Mario are going to be tough pulls. But guys like Alfredsson, Kovalev, Deadmarsh are not limited and it's just as easy to pull them as it is to pull Lynn Loyns. It really helps put some star power into every break. plus you also have the BAP Golf cards, which are just plain out cool and those help keep the break fun too.

The Buyback autos were also a great idea. I believe that my box may have been a great exception ... I pulled 4 Buybacks and Beckett got none. But getting 2 autos a pack almost consistantly was really cool. And at the end, I ended up with a whopping SIXTEEN autographs total!

As far as my box, well it really started off slow. Dreadfully slow actually. I had that OK first pack up there, after that it was Loyns and Bates. But it all kinda turned around after one sweet pack. One pack yielded the Modano jersey, the Deadmarsh Gold Auto, the Zetterberg RC, AND the Stevens Limited Auto Buyback! 4 sweet cards all in one pack, and after that pack I started hitting the bigger named autos too!

In the end, I certainly am not complaining. I spent a bit of money on this box, but it was well worth it. A fun break and some nice autos! I'd just say to be wary of the Buybacks, I somehow doubt they come at 4 per, so don't be betting on that. But otherwise, it's a very solid brand once again!
