Hello, my name is Robin (AKA icyfire). I write fanfic. I also read it. Lots and lots of it. It's an addiction, but I won't join any self-help group. Let's face it. Even if I did, it would just be a group of guys and gals giving fanfic recommendations. Mmmmm. Maybe I do need to join one . . .
While I wrote two very awful X-Files fanfics before stumbling onto the Zorro fandom, I always consider Zorro to be my first fanfic home. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Karen offered to proof some of my first stories, Ruth sent me copies of the NWZ episodes, and the gals of the juandiegobotto listserve (Kathy, Kathy, Nancy, Carrie to name but a very few) kept me going with encouragement and laughter.
While I used to have my fanfic up on one page, it long ago vanished from the internet. Kathy Green insisted that my Zorro stories needed to be in one central location and took on the job of putting them up here. Thank you so much, Kathy!
